A well established Hertfordshire firm are looking for a conveyancer to work at their Watford office. The caseload will be residential work but only working on behalf of the lender and not the usual joint representation conveyancing. The firm say that any competent conveyancer should be able to carry out the work and are ideally looking for a solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2-4 years PQE. The post will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
