Ten Percent Legal Recruitment , Interim Lawyers Locum Recruitment , Jonathan Fagan Business Brokers donate 10% of their profits to The Ten Percent Foundation, and the foundation accepts possible donation suggestions from many different sources. We are accepting nominations for any charities that you would like us to support again this year and as there is a trustees’ meeting after Easter where any nominations received before 1st May 2025 will be considered.
The companies are all part of the Ten Percent Group giving 10% of their net profits to the Ten Percent Foundation. We particularly like smaller sized charities and we are currently looking for our next group of charities to support in 2025. We are aware that a number of our clients spend time working with small charities supporting disadvantaged members of the community or are linked to a particular cause. If you know of a small charity that would benefit from a donation then we would love to hear from you.
There are three trustees involved in the decision making process each year, all with different interests. To give you an idea as to how broad these are – one trustee has an interest in purchasing land to rewild, Parkinson’s Disease research, speech therapy, funding sport for all and legal charities. Our second trustee has an interest in charities which support children and families, children’s disability charities and a special interest in congenital heart disease. Our third trustee is interested in supporting projects for victims of domestic violence, and local poverty charities. All three trustees are keen to support smaller charities where a small donation makes a big impact. We regularly fund specific, small scale projects in smaller sized organisations, a donation of £500-£2000 is typical and we are always looking for charities which would benefit from a small donation to help a specific project. We are a small organisation so like to help charities where a small donation has a big impact. We donate to around 20 charities a year.
Philanthropy is an integral part of our business and we have been donating 10% of our profits to charity for over 25 years. We have B Corp status and 1% For the Planet accreditation for some of our businesses. We welcome any suggestions from clients and candidates, and we particularly like small charities with limited funds.
