A well established firm that specialises in providing Landlord & Tenant services for insurance companies around the UK is looking for a litigation legal executive to work part-time in the in-house legal department of one of those insurance companies based in the Lincoln area. The successful candidate will be employed by the law firm but permanently seconded to the in-house department. Full training will be given in the precise type of work that they carry out so L&T experience is not necessary. Exposure to Civil Litigation is essential though with a good understanding of the Courts and defending civil claims. The post is part-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience. Further details available on request.
