He studied law at Leicester University, trained with a solicitors firm in Leicester and on qualification worked for a Chambers-listed practice in Nottingham before setting up Ten Percent Legal in 2000. He is married to Clare Fagan and has 3 daughters, who are all slowly turning his hair white.
