Do you send out CVs to employers on a speculative basis?

No, definitely not. We are an ethical recruitment agency and your personal data is exactly that – your personal data. We will only ever send your CV to a law firm or employer if you give us permission to. Every week we send out a new candidate update to over 7,000 law firms and employers on our database, but this is strictly anonymous and we include no identifying features of any candidates. A quick example of a typical entry is: “5 year PQE commercial property solicitor with extensive experience in private practice looking for a role in West London.”

From time to time we do work with candidates who want us to approach particular firms to see whether they would be interested in recruiting them, but this is done with consent and full anonymity initially. If you would like to talk through a recruitment plan with us please get in touch. We are very selective as to who we work with on this basis.
