All your data is either stored on our own systems in North Wales, behind a Draytek firewall and protected by Panda Adaptive Defense 360 antivirus software, or in the cloud with our client management system provider – presently Voyager Infinity, part of Ikiru People. Voyager Software is securely operated via Microsoft Azure and behind the Azure firewall.
We have a data protection policy which is available to view online. Our company is Cyber Essentials accredited, which means that we are assessed annually for our data security resilience.
Our staff are given data security training and we have strict internal protocols for the handling of personal information.
